International research
As a leader in best practice complex care, HammondCare partners in research with experts in dementia and palliative care around the world.

Expanding better care beyond our border
We're always interested in hearing about research that aligns with our Mission and Research Strategy. Research partnerships help us provide better care, not only for vulnerable Australians who need our support, but for people in communities internationally. Our international offices and knowledge exchange enable us to raise awareness and increase learning in dementia and palliative care research.
A recent international research project was the evaluation of the Dementia Friendly Communities program in Scotland. This examined whether the program creates better lives for people living with dementia and unpaid carers. The project findings will inform national and local dementia care policy.
