Types of care at HammondCare Home Care Central Coast
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is a Government-funded program that helps you keep living independently at home. If you have low-level needs, such as help getting dressed or vacuuming the house, a CHSP service could be for you.
Many people prefer to live at home but need a little help.
A Government-subsidised Home Care Package offers support ranging from domestic assistance to clinical services, all with the goal of making living at home as easy and comfortable as possible.

Private Care provides tailored support for older people and people living with dementia on an ongoing or short-term basis. To provide care above and beyond what a Government subsidised service can offer.
We offer In-Home Respite and Overnight Respite services in the Central Coast so that carers can have a short-term break from their caring role, knowing that the person that they care for is being well looked after.
The Jean Marion Cottage offers short term respite care in the Central Coast for up to 10 nights. Perfect for carers who wish to have a break from their caring role.
