This holiday season HammondCare Foundation are asking for your support, to help bring joy and hope to those in our community experiencing isolation – people like Garry who, due to significant health issues has only left his home once since last Christmas to attend a medical appointment. 

Regular visits from HammondCare Volunteer Alan have brought light into Garry’s life, providing friendship, a shared love of music and spiritual faith, and moments of joy and laughter. 

Help us continue to help Garry and other invisible people in the community through providing opportunities to connect and share stories, so they feel understood and valued.
