HammondCare Erina's cottages are uniquely designed to improve quality of life for people living with dementia
Modelled on a regular family household, the cottages provide a familiar home setting for people to receive specialised dementia care.
The cottages each have their own easily accessible gardens with sitting areas and walking paths to invite time in nature.
Complementing the care team's expertise, the home's smart design features - including central domestic kitchens - encourage participation in daily activities and assist with being able to move around freely.

HammondCare Erina is offering 2 complimentary weeks of residential care to new permanent residents who move in by 30 June 2024, pending the availability of a suitable room.
At the end of the initial two-week period, permanent fees will apply. If a permanent place is not accepted, the daily fee for the initial two weeks will be charged.

HammondCare bus
To keep you connected with your community, the volunteers and care team arrange local outings aboard HammondCare's own minibus.
Pastoral care
HammondCare welcomes and respects people of all faiths, and of no faith. The Pastoral Care team provides regular support and education to residents and their families, including a regular support group for carers.
Volunteer services
Our trained volunteers generously contribute their time to providing company, friendship, art and music engagement, gardening and pet therapy, and spiritual care.
Partnered services
We work with a range of partners to care for you holistically, including consulting pharmacy services and visiting allied health providers.

Our beautiful, established gardens invite you to spend time in nature, with walking paths and ample seating in sunshine and shaded spots making it easy for you to set your own pace.

Designed with a calming colour palette, Erina's spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide a warm and inviting space for relaxation.
Each room has opening windows offer abundant natural light and fresh air, plus accessible features including an adjustable bed, walk-in shower, and easy access toilet.
We encourage you to personalise your room with your favourite furniture, artwork, and keepsakes.
