You can make a difference
As an independent Christian charity, we are committed to improving the quality of life for people in need, no matter their background, faith or circumstances.
Many seriously ill and older Australians have care needs that aren’t covered by standard funding sources. This is why The HammondCare Foundation is dedicated to raising vital funds to provide high quality care.
By donating, you are helping people in need at the hardest time of their lives.

Regular Giving
Regular donations are the gifts that keep on giving. At HammondCare, we rely on your generosity to help and care for people in need, and provide vital support to those in the community who need it most. You can ‘set and forget’ your regular donation, knowing you’re making an ongoing difference.
Fundraise your way
Put the 'fun' in fundraising by raising awareness within your local community. Get creative with your fundraising initiative and spread the word online.

In Memory Giving
Celebrate the life of a loved one in a lasting way by giving a gift in their memory. 'In Memory' gifts help us increase the care we can provide, undertake research and better serve those in need.
Many people choose to ask for a donation rather than flowers at their loved one's funeral or memorial service. Funeral directors can assist with the collection of donations in lieu of flowers, and we can also supply giving envelopes.
Leave a Gift in Will
You can choose to leave a Gift in Will to support the work we do for those in need. By leaving a bequest to The HammondCare Foundation, your legacy will improve the quality care for older Australians both now, and into the future.
If you’re considering leaving a Gift in Will, please speak with us. We would like to get to know you and hear your story, and discuss the areas you would like to support. Call Nina Johnson on (02) 8280 8432 or send an email.
Heartfelt care where it’s needed most
Community generosity means we were able to positively impact hundreds of lives this year. These are the Foundation’s strategic pillars for supporting others in need:
Major projects
Everyone deserves to live life safe and well, which is why we support the development of Australia’s best care homes.
Life engagement initiatives
Our programs help imbue a sense of purpose, connection and wellbeing in patients and residents receiving our care.
Palliative care innovation
Evidence-based quality care is made possible by innovations that support people with life-limiting illnesses.
Care accessibility
For people experiencing homelessness or isolated in rural and regional Australia, they need our help to access care.
Research and scholarships
We lift standards of health and aged care globally, thanks to a commitment to ongoing learning and collaboration.
