If you're looking for additional home care support or are not eligible for government subsidies, we can provide personalised support, at your place, through private care.
What is private home care?
Private care lets you receive home care above what can be provided within the Government-funded Commonwealth Home Support Programme or a Home Care Package. And if you’re waiting for a package allocation, we’ll discuss how we can support you in the meantime.
Our private home care is currently available in NSW, Victoria and Queensland. We’re always expanding our national care footprint, so please check our Location Finder for your nearest local office.
How does it work?
With our support, you or your loved one will receive care that puts your goals, needs and preferences first. A dedicated carer can be there 7 days a week on an ongoing or short-term basis, including evening visits.
Day-to-day Care
A helping hand for things like bathing, transport, groceries and laundry.
Cottage Respite
Flexible care at cottages that enliven you with a change of scenery.
24-hour Care
Care and companionship for a whole day without leaving your home.
Sleepovers
Temporary overnight respite for help at home however you need it.
Clinical Services
Such as quality nursing, rehabilitation and exercise programs.
Social Clubs
Connect with community and enjoy relaxing events in the way you choose.

What if I’m still waiting on a subsidy?
Sometimes, approval wait times for a Government subsidy can be long. It all depends on the length of the national package queue. So to speed up how soon care is received, you can use our services now and we’ll assess if you still require Private Care services after the package is allocated.
